Tile & Token LLC is a one-person indie software studio based in Minnesota. We build apps and digital tools for people who love tabletop games, card games, and game night culture. Tile & Token LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the ScorePad iOS application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with your use of the App.
ScorePad does not collect, transmit, or store any personally identifiable information. The App operates entirely on your device. All game data (player names, scores, and game history) is stored locally on your iPhone or iPad and is never sent to our servers or any third-party service.
Any names or scores you enter into ScorePad are stored only on your device. This data is never transmitted off your device, shared with third parties, or accessed by us in any way.
We may use Apple's built-in App Store analytics (aggregated and anonymized) to understand general usage patterns and improve the App. This data does not identify individual users and is collected by Apple subject to Apple's own Privacy Policy.
ScorePad does not integrate with any third-party advertising networks, analytics platforms, or data brokers. The App contains no advertisements.
ScorePad is designed to be family-friendly and suitable for all ages. Because the App does not collect any personal information from any user, it is compliant with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and similar regulations.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

By downloading or using the ScorePad app ("App"), you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
Tile & Token LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
All content, features, and functionality of the App — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software — are owned by Tile & Token LLC and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tile & Token LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
